so ... i was writing about today being a GREAT day /
then my computer crashed .
then i called my best friend to see how he's doing and found out that he's back in the hospital getting worse .

but at least i have coffee ...?
no! cuz now i'm wired and worried .
wired and worried is not a good combination . it's like a super-freak-out .
not to mention a dvd i ordered came in the mail today, and how lovely, it's scratched up pretty bad .
so now i have to somehow convince amazon.com to let me exchange it, even though it's been opened and for all they know i could've watched it already and just want to return it . but that's not the case, i just want to exchange it for an unscratched copy . hopefully there won't be any problems with that . but yay! i get to wait like a month so i can watch the movie, and they'll probably make me pay to have the dvd shipped back to them ...

oh man ... well i was gonna go grocery shopping after work today, but i guess i'll be heading to the hospital first ... looks like it's gonna be a lonnggggg day afterall ...
